Order Information: Name, email address, shipping address, and order details.
Uploaded Images: Images you upload to create your custom stickers.
Payment Data: Payment is processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies for site functionality and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

To process and fulfill your orders.
To communicate with you about your order or support requests.
To improve our website and services.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only as necessary with trusted third parties for order fulfillment and payment processing (e.g., Printful, Stripe, OpenAI, Replicate).

4. Data Retention

Final sticker images are stored for up to 2 months after your order to allow for reorders or support. After this period, they are permanently deleted.
Temporary data (such as uploads in progress or failed orders) is stored for up to 2 days and then deleted automatically.
Order and invoice data may be retained longer as required by Dutch law.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
