These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases and use of the PixRemix webstore, operated by PixRemix, Prinses Margrietlaan 54, 3641HE Mijdrecht, Nederland. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

All products sold are custom-made stickers, produced according to the image and style you upload and select. No other products are offered.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are placed via our website and are binding once payment is completed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after payment.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe and supported methods: card, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS, Przelewy24 (P24), Alipay, SEPA Direct Debit, and PayPal.
• All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT.
• If payment fails, no order will be placed. Please retry your payment if needed.

4. Shipping

• We ship to all countries in the European Union (EU).
• Shipping costs are typically €3.50 per order.
• Estimated delivery time is 4 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders are fulfilled by third-party providers (Printful, etc.). Delivery times and quality may vary.
• PixRemix is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping providers.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Because all stickers are custom-made, returns are not accepted for successful orders.
• If your print is defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@pixremix.com with a photo of the item. If your claim is accepted, a refund or replacement will be provided.

6. User Content

• You may only upload images that you own or have permission to use.
• Uploading copyrighted, illegal, or offensive content is strictly prohibited. Orders containing such content will be refused and may be reported.
• PixRemix reserves the right to refuse service for any inappropriate or unlawful content.

7. Third-Party Services

• PixRemix uses third-party services including OpenAI, Replicate, Stripe, and Printful. By using our service, you also agree to their respective terms and conditions.
• PixRemix is not liable for issues arising from these third-party services.

8. Liability

• PixRemix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the website or products.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
